You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to use the service where you live. By using MatePoint, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

MatePoint may limit access by city, invitation status, or internal rollout stage. Access is not guaranteed, and we may approve, delay, or deny access at our discretion.

You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

MatePoint helps people discover potential matches and coordinate meetups. We do not guarantee any match, response, meetup, outcome, or compatibility.

You are solely responsible for your decisions, interactions, and conduct on and off the platform.

Some meetups may require a commitment stake or similar payment flow. If enabled, those flows may be subject to additional rules, payment terms, refund logic, or cancellation policies presented at the time of use.

MatePoint may update, suspend, or remove stake-related features at any time.

You may not use MatePoint to harass, threaten, impersonate, defraud, exploit, spam, scrape, or otherwise harm other people or the platform.

You may not upload unlawful content, misleading photos, or material that violates another person's rights or privacy.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access at any time if we believe a user has violated these terms, created risk, abused the service, or interfered with product integrity or safety.

MatePoint is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MatePoint will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from user interactions or meetups.
